Sept 2026 - Its been a while

Well it seems such a long time since i came on here to update you all on whats been happening with Soulfusionseven infact it was September 2025 after i said i would update you more, it feels like such a lot has been going on since, we replaced our long term drummer Mike Scott due to his increasing work commitments with the very talented Mr Robbie Buckle who has gone from strength to strength within the band and I feel added something that was missing in our live sets, his attention to detail is very subtle but noticeable and his laughter is very infectious, we also said a sad goodbye to the very charismatic and beautiful Tisha Monique, who again wanted to explore her own musical journey, which i'm sure she will be very well received and we all wish her success in all she does and thank her and her husband Bruno for all they done for SF7, as you can imagine replacing Tisha was going to be tough but tough is what we do and so we started looking and came across two singers firstly the very soulful Tremaine Hawkins who's voice is like velvet and suited to the soulful side of SF7 but don't let that fool you she has some power in them pipes believe me, she was part of the band Odyssey and is very funny to be around, then there is the newest addition to SF7, let me introduce to you all Ms Arabella Rodrigo, a vocal powerhouse with soul and warmth that is not easy to find, with a smile that will melt a thousand hearts a stage presence you cant ignore and a real professional attitude that comes from years of stage work with the Bacharach Show and many gigs behind her we managed to come out punching hard and ready to do what we do best. so I would personally like to welcome them both on board alongside Anna Marie Johnson.

so they are the new additions to the SF7 who have been slowly getting back to where we need to be, 2025 was an okay year for us and played some memorable shows from private parties in beautiful locations such as Flitwick Lodge, to local festivals Todd on the Green, various gigs in London such as The Cumberland Hotel in November of that year.

2026 has been busier for SF7 we've just completed 2 shows one at CampSoul music festival that we loved and if you've never been you should treat yourself amazing vibe amazing people and great music, then the following day we played a venue in Northampton at the Crown and Cushion and would like to thank those of you who came to support us.

in the summer, the18th July to be precise, booked by another addition to the team, Ms Trina Morris, who I might add is another great addition to SF7 and who everyone loves, was The Funk and Soul festival and outdoor event in fact the first of its kind in Luton run by The Bear Club and hosted by the very Charismatic Mr Richie Tee and what a day it was, the delightful Gina Sedman played Live with her band followed by SF7 and Hildia Campbell and Voices of Soul and finally the Pete Honegan Band kept the party going followed with a jazz gig at the Bear Club, the locals definately came out to support the event and the atmosphere was amazing.

we also played a gig in Cambridge for the Green party which to be honest we didn't know what to expect but they turn out to be great as this one did, it was a small venue but had such a great feel to the place the house PA and engineer really knew his stuff, the staff were very accommodating and at the end we were all buzzing, so it goes to show some of the unexpected gigs turn out to be the best.

Looking forward, We have a show on Friday 6th November at the very Cool Lounge Club in Southend and would love to see you all there, we will be promoting it on Social Media platforms so look out for it and go get your tickets, we will be filming it live so if you wanna be in it come along and bring your best dance moves.
